Please feel free to notify us by email or telephone of your intention to return an item. The cost of return and exchange postage remains that of the customer.
A full refund (excluding p&p) will only be applied if the item is returned to us in the same new condition in which it was dispatched. If the item shows any buckle marks or signs of wear we reserve the right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014 to adjust the amount of any refund accordingly. Postage: United Kingdom Orders up to £25 - £3.50 Orders Over £25 - £4.95 All items are dispatched 1st Class Signed for or 1st with Royal Mail. Proof of postage is obtained for each item however we accept no responsibility for items damaged/delayed or failed to be delivered by Royal Mail. International We are more than happy to post our products worldwide. Please contact us to obtain a quote for your destination, we do not charge any surcharges and will only charge what it will cost us to post your item to you. Delivery Times: Because of the nature of the semi bespoke service we offer, some items will be made to order and may take a little longer, therefore we ask that you allow approximately 10 working days (this may vary) for your item to be dispatched however in most cases they will dispatched much sooner.
